Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide your order details.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully wrap the knife in its original wooden saya or blade guard and place it inside the original gift box to prevent damage during transit.

  Shipment

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you retain a copy of the tracking number.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once our master bladesmiths inspect the returned item for its original condition, we will process your full refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
